2. Can I visit your warehouse?
Yes. Our Kent warehouse is open to both the public and trade customers. You can browse our full range in person, speak with an expert, and take samples home.

Yes, free samples are available on most products. You can request them in-store.

Unused, unopened flooring can typically be returned within 14–30 days depending on the product type. Special orders or cut-to-size products may not be returnable.
12. How do I know how much flooring I need?
Our team can calculate this for you if you bring room measurements. We also offer onsite measuring services in most Kent areas.
13. Do you keep products in stock?
We hold large quantities of our most popular flooring ranges in our Kent warehouse for immediate pickup or quick delivery.
