Kent Carpet Warehouse has two sites: Wyke Manor Road, Maidstone ME14 1BZ (01622 828445) and Unit 9 Matilda Close, Gillingham Business Park ME8 0PY (01634 481102). Both are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm, closed Sunday, with free parking on site and no appointment needed.
Which warehouse should you drive to?
Both sell carpet and vinyl at the same warehouse-only prices, so pick the easier drive. Mid and west Kent usually head to Maidstone; Medway, the Hoo peninsula and Sheppey usually head to Gillingham. Each site holds its own stock, so if you are after a particular colour or a roll end you saw online, ring ahead and the team will check it is still on the floor. If you would rather not travel at all, send your room sizes for a quote and most in-stock items are delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Getting to the warehouses
- Which warehouse should I visit?
- Whichever is closer. Maidstone (ME14 1BZ) suits Maidstone, the Weald and west Kent, and Gillingham (ME8 0PY) suits Medway, Rainham and Sittingbourne.
- What are your opening hours?
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm at both warehouses, closed Sundays.
- Do I need to book a time slot?
- No. Turn up during opening hours and someone will walk the racking with you.
- Can I get flooring home in a normal car?
- Often yes for roll ends and smaller cuts. For a full roll, ask about delivery, which is 1 to 3 working days on most in-stock items.
- Do you deliver outside the Maidstone and Medway areas?
- Yes, we deliver across Kent and surrounding areas including Maidstone, Medway, Ashford, Canterbury and Sittingbourne.
