Getting to the warehouses
- Which warehouse should I visit?
- Whichever is closer. Maidstone (ME14 1BZ) suits Maidstone, the Weald and west Kent, and Gillingham (ME8 0PY) suits Medway, Rainham and Sittingbourne.
- What are your opening hours?
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 2pm at both warehouses.
- Do I need to book a time slot?
- No. Turn up during opening hours and someone will walk the racking with you.
- Can I get flooring home in a normal car?
- Often yes for roll ends and smaller cuts. For a full roll, ask about delivery, which is 1 to 3 working days on most in-stock items.
- Do you deliver outside the Maidstone and Medway areas?
- Yes, we deliver across Kent and surrounding areas including Maidstone, Medway, Ashford, Canterbury and Sittingbourne.
