Sheet vinyl versus LVT
Sheet vinyl is one continuous piece, cheaper and completely seamless in a small room, which makes it the best choice for bathrooms and small kitchens. LVT is individual planks or tiles, more expensive, more convincing underfoot and easier to repair one piece at a time.
Sheet vinyl
Cut from a roll in 2m, 3m and 4m widths, so most bathrooms, cloakrooms and small kitchens can be covered with no seam at all. That makes it the most watertight option and the cheapest per square metre. It fits fast, often in an hour or two for a small room.
LVT
Individual planks or tiles, thicker and more rigid, with better texture and a more realistic wood or stone look. If a plank gets damaged you can replace that plank. It needs a flat, well prepared subfloor, so preparation is a bigger part of the job.
Choosing between them
Small wet rooms and tight budgets point to sheet vinyl. Larger open areas, hallways and rooms where the floor is a feature point to LVT. Both are stocked, and we sell the adhesives and trims alongside.

- Sheet vinyl in a small room. LVT takes longer because of subfloor preparation and laying each piece.

- Can I see the flooring in person before deciding?
- Yes. Both warehouses hold thousands of rolls on the floor, so you compare real carpet rather than a sample square.
