- What is a roll end, and why is it cheaper?
- A roll end is what is left on a roll after larger cuts, so it is priced to clear. It is the same carpet, just a limited length, which suits a single room, a landing or a box room.
- Which carpet should I choose for stairs and hallways?
- A twist or loop pile. Both hold their appearance under heavy footfall better than a deep saxony, which is better suited to bedrooms.
- Do you sell sheet vinyl cut to size?
- Yes, in 2m, 3m and 4m widths, cut while you wait at either warehouse.
- Do you stock LVT, rugs and underlay as well as carpet?
- Yes. Alongside carpet and vinyl we carry LVT, rugs, underlay, trims, adhesives and accessories, so the whole job comes from one place.
- Is stock the same at both warehouses?
- No, it varies. Stock changes weekly and each warehouse buys its own clearance, so call Maidstone on 01622 828445 or Gillingham on 01634 481102 to check a specific range.
- Can I return flooring I have not used?
- Returns are typically 14 to 30 days on unused, unopened flooring, subject to product type. Cut-to-size lengths are cut for you, so check with the team before you buy.
