Fitters do not need a showroom, they need a counter, a forklift and someone who knows what is actually in the racking today. That is what both sites are set up to be.
Because we sell to the public as well as the trade, there is depth in the roll ends and clearance stock, which is where a fitter picks up a landing or a box room at a price that makes the whole job look sharp on a quote.
We will beat any legitimate quote. Bring the paperwork and we will price against it.

How a trade order usually goes

- Step 2
Quote your customer
Take the warehouse price, add your labour, and know the price will not be undercut, because we beat any legitimate quote.
- Step 3
Collect or have it delivered
Same-day collection from either site, or delivery within 1 to 3 working days on most in-stock items.
- Step 4
Send the offcut back if unused
Returns are typically 14 to 30 days on unused, unopened flooring, subject to product type.

- Do I need a minimum order to get trade pricing?
- No minimum spend to open an account. Bulk-buy pricing improves as the volume does.
- Can I send customers to you directly?
- Yes, we are open to both public and trade, and we work with trusted, fully vetted local fitters across Kent.
- How do I pay?
- Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Amex or bank transfer.
- Can you work out quantities for me?
- Bring the room measurements and the team will calculate quantities.
