Trade accounts
Trade flooring for landlords and letting agents.
Void periods cost rent. We hold thousands of rolls in stock so a tenanted-ready floor is a days job, not a weeks job.
Account at a glance
- Account type
- Trade account, no minimum spend to open
- Pricing
- Trade discount plus bulk-buy pricing on repeat specs
- Lead time
- Most in-stock items delivered within 1 to 3 working days
- Collection
- Same-day collection from Maidstone or Gillingham
- Payment
- Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Amex, bank transfer
- Returns
- Typically 14 to 30 days on unused, unopened flooring
A void week on a two-bed in Medway costs more than the carpet going into it. That is the whole reason letting agents keep an account with us: the stock is already in the building, the price is a warehouse price, and a delivery date is confirmed when you order rather than promised vaguely.
We supply single flats and full portfolios. Agents managing blocks tend to settle on two or three repeat specs, a hard-wearing twist for lounges and bedrooms and a wood-effect sheet vinyl for kitchens and bathrooms, then reorder the same thing for years.
We will beat any legitimate quote. Bring the paperwork and we will price against it.

Why agents keep the account open
What landlords actually order
Hard-wearing twist pile
The default for tenanted lounges, bedrooms and landings. Cleans up between tenancies and does not flatten in a hallway.
Stain-resistant ranges
Bleach-cleanable specs for pet-friendly lets, where a deposit argument over one mark is not worth the admin.
Sheet vinyl in 2m, 3m and 4m
Kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms, cut while you wait so a fitter is not waiting on a merchant.
Roll ends for single rooms
One bedroom, one box room, one hallway. Clearance offcuts keep a small remedial job proportionate.
How a void turnaround runs
- Step 1
Send the room sizes
Email the measurements or bring them in. The team will calculate quantities for you, so you are not paying a fitter to price up.
- Step 2
Get the quote beaten
If you already hold a quote from a national retailer, send it. We will beat any legitimate quote.
- Step 3
Book delivery or collect
Most in-stock items are delivered within 1 to 3 working days with a date given, or collect the same day from either warehouse.
- Step 4
Fit with vetted fitters
We work with trusted, fully vetted local fitters across Kent if you do not have your own team on the job.
Questions letting agents ask first
- Can you match a spec across a whole block?
- Yes. Most agents settle on a repeat spec, and bulk-buy pricing applies on the account when you order the same range across multiple units.
- Do you deliver to the property or the office?
- Either. We deliver across Kent and surrounding areas including Maidstone, Medway, Ashford, Canterbury and Sittingbourne, and a delivery date is given when you order.
- What if the tenant changes their mind before fitting?
- Returns are typically 14 to 30 days on unused, unopened flooring, subject to product type.
- Can we pay per property rather than per order?
- Talk to the team about account terms. We take cash, all major credit and debit cards, Amex and bank transfer.
